Linda is the CEO of Extend My Staff and Extend My Team, a recruiting and HR outsourcing company located in Austin, Texas. Linda brings 20 years of HR and operations experience in a variety of roles. She has specific expertise in project management, talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, diversity programs, and vendor selection in US and International projects. Christine has more than 20 years of experience in the media relations field working for state government and nonprofits. She currently serves as a chief press officer for Texas Health and Human Services, the largest state agency in Texas, leading the agency’s public information responses to key issues impacting the state. Prior to her service as a state agency spokesperson, she served as communications director for the Texas Cable Association; worked as a senior correspondent for the Lone Star Report; and was communications director for Texas Alliance for Life. Before moving to Texas, Mann spent eight years in Connecticut working at the Office of the Governor and the General Assembly. Mann earned her Master’s degree in Economics from Trinity College and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Connecticut.
Rebecca is a strategic HR leader in the Austin, TX area. She has been married to her husband, Scott, for 11 years. They have two energetic boys – Hyland is 7 (he has Down syndrome) and Declan is 3. Linda and Rebecca met through the HR Community in Austin and then connected again when they realized their boys both had Down syndrome. Their boys ended up going to The Rise School together and now they are at the same elementary school. Rebecca enjoys swimming, spinning, baking and traveling. She is an active member of the Junior League of Austin, currently serving on the JLA Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
